The Closing Ceremony of the 17th National Congress of CPC will be held in the Great Hall of the People on the morning of 21 October. The arrangements concerning the coverage of the Ceremony are as follows:
1. The Press Center will arrange buses to transport journalists to the Great Hall of the People at the East Entrance of the St. Regis Hotel at 8:30 AM.
2. Press vehicles with Vehicle Pass are requested to be parked in the designated area at the Tiananmen Square.
3. Starting from 9:15 AM, journalists, taking the press accreditation card, are requested to enter the Great Hall of the People through South Entrance after security check, and wait in the designated area.
4. At around 10:30 AM, journalists are requested to enter the Press Area on the second floor and take seats. Please maintain appropriate silence during the entire entry.
5. After the Closing Ceremony is over, journalists may obtain relevant documents concerning the Ceremony in the South Hallway on the second floor.
6. After 10:00 AM, the Press Center of the Congress located in the Media Center Hotel will provide live radio and TV public signals of the Ceremony in the TV and Radio Service Room.
